Hi folks,

I’m a Microsoft Technology Specialist and IT Professional, working as an escalation Productivity Specialist in the Systems and Processes (S&P) business unit at Data#3.

I’ve been working in the IT sector for over 13 years. Desktop Support and Training environments are my genre, with some Technical Writing and eLearning Development on the side.

However, before computers I was a fitness trainer…no seriously – 3 years of aerobics and fitness instruction! LIFE changing stuff…!

I’ve been enjoying the IT world ever since… and always relish new technologies that inspire and develop a productive business and home experience. That’s me in a PowerShell.
